The layout of the subreddit needs improvement.
The only topic remaining is the design. And look, I'm aware that I'm harsh on the layout of many NSFW subs... And this crappy subreddit design is no exception either! The moderators are a group of idle jerks who don't seem at all interested in making this area more lively and attracting more visitors, and I never get weary of reiterating the same damn thing. I mean, just take a look at how /r/DirtyConfession looks. It doesn't have anything that truly stands out. The colors are dull and black; there is no profile picture or cover image.
The only thing that /r/DirtyConfession actually has going for it is the set of rules they were able to create in such a way that they give all the users here far better content than they would have been able to get from this subreddit otherwise. Aside from that, I can understand why this location has only attracted a little over 100,000 members in its five years of existence. They ought to have been able to draw a far larger audience by now, but I assume they simply lack the desire to make the effort. Despite everything, this insightful material is still worth a look.
